This morning, Food and Drug Administration staff checked some cigarettes and tobacco shops, they found that some of the shops are selling condoms and viagra. The Food and Drug Administration officers asked the shop owner why they sell viagra, one of the shop owner said he just bought the shop from another owner, so he did not know the specific channels where viagra can get.
